If your company succeeds at selling in the Domestic market then there is a good chance that it will also be successful in markets abroad with similar need's and condition exist
Identify the unique and Important feature of your product or services and research which area, nation or countries they are in most demand
If your Product or services feature are hard to dupliacte then you have better chance to be sucessfull at overseas
Identify your competation, demand and supply market!
Even if you product have declining sales in the Domestic market, identify if there any potential in International market it may hapen product doing good once may have decline sale due to more advance technology, competation, etc. Other countries may not need state-of-the-art technology and/or may be unable to afford the most sophisticated and expensive products. Such markets may have a surprisingly healthy demand for U.S. products that are older or considered obsolete by U.S. market standards.
